FURTHER to the correspondence of Mrs M Ward's reply to EP Cooper regarding the "eye-level littering" of Redditch town's lampposts, I would like to add I also frown upon these acts as travesty.

Hopefully soon, Redditch Council will see sense and intervene and put a stop to this nonsense.

This cowardly act of free advertising from the shadows is nothing short of an outrage.

I, as a retailing business owner, would be interested to see the outcome if I also were to engage in similar acts of pollution in the name of advertising.

I implore council members to stand up and aid us in our quest to rid the town of this florescent yellow peril.

I take this opportunity to thank the Redditch Advertiser for giving townsfolk the chance to air their views.
