KEEP Safe Week has been hailed a success by Redditch and Bromsgrove police officers.
The event saw more than 200 children learn important lessons about their safety and the safety of others.
Children from Ridgeway and St Bedes school have been actively involved with six different scenarios from different agencies to help them understand the dangers of everyday life.
The Health Authority talked about drugs and sweets and how they can be confused and Thomas Vale Construction alerted youngsters to the obvious and not so obvious dangers of building sites.
Redditch Council raised the awareness of abandoned cars and the fire brigade talked about what to do if involved in a fire.
Pc Quita Freeman and Pc Brian Seabourne also taught the children about road and stranger dangers.
