ALVECHURCH climbed the ICIS Combination Premier table after an impressive comeback at second placed Coventry Marconi last night (Wednesday).
The visitors found themselves two goals down after 11 minutes before fighting back impressively.
Keith Rostill strated the comeback in the 42nd minute with a 35 yard free kick and struck again with a header in first half injury time.
In the second half the hosts were down to ten men after a player on Jason Rostill.
Brett Fitzpatrick completed the comeback with two second half strikes to keep up his personal duel with his strike partner.
And Marconi finished with nine after one of them walked for elbowing Brett Skinner.
The result saw Church climb one place to fifth with games in hand on all their rivals apart from leaders Leamington who are three points ahead.
