Littleton Jnrs U-12 6, Alcester 2000 1
A GEORGE Barber hat-trick was the highlight of the game.
The treble topper set up the first goal for Ben Johns and Barber helped himself to his first when he slotted the ball under the keeper.
Alcester pulled a goal back with a penalty but the second half saw Littleton dominate and Oliver Payne's pass set Barber up for his second.
The scorer's shot was then deflected in by Ryan Clarke and Barber was again the architect when he set up Johns for the fifth.
It was left to Barber to complete the scoring - and his hat trick - with a neat drive from the edge of the box.
South Littleton U-8 5, Drakes Broughton 1
THE scoring started with Jordan Cowley after a goalmouth scramble as Littleton dominated.
Lewis Bastow then found the net after a run from the halfway line before Harry Francis's brave header from a corner kick made it 3-0.
The half-time team talk worked well with Drakes scoring a fine individual goal from John Dolan. Littleton were under pressure but they soon got their passing game together and Sean Brain lobbed the goalkeeper.
After some good passing and running, Bastow grabbed his second to end a competitive game.
Drakes Broughton U-10 4, Dunnington 3
DRAKES made to a flying start with Tom Bird scoring twice in the first two minutes.
The visitors soon fought back and Felix Chadwick found the back of the net following a corner.
The second half saw Bird complete his hat-trick and Dunnington's David Thompson score twice from the penalty spot.
Joe Grisdale scored a fourth for the hosts but the visitors kept attacking and Tom Parker chipped a superb goal over the keeper's head.
Oldbury Park Tigers 1, Evesham Utd U-9 4
THIS was another successful away trip as United recorded their sixth game without defeat.
Oldbury keeper Ross Williams was in inspired form to deny two early efforts from Henry Woods. Evesham, though, scored their first when a James Bearcroft throw, was headed on by Andrew Powell for Woods to slot in.
Evesham were two up at half-time thanks to player of the match, Louis Brown's strike.
After the interval, James Bearcroft made it 3-0 from a Sam Ford corner and Ford made it four when he found the net with a free-kick from 25 yards.
As Evesham pressed forward, Oldbury hit back with a shot from James Day that eluded goalkeeper Leon Ballard.
Broadway U-8 5, Elmley Castle 2
GOALS from Drew Clarke, Luke McDonagh (2) and Nick Remfry (2) gave Broadway a well deserved victory against improving opponents.
Broadway's defence was well marshalled by player of the match Harry Parker.
Evesham Utd Robins U 10 9, Worcester Rgrs 0
EVESHAM consolidated tops spot in the Mercian League with an impressive all-round performance.
First half goals came from Jake Hall, Olly Scarrott and Ciaran Gilbert and the whole side produced some nice football to run out comfortable winners.
Hall and Gilbert both completed superb hat-tricks, Scarrott bagged a second while Karl Myers contributed with an excellent screamer from distance.
Deddington Colts 1, Evesham Utd U-11 1
UNITED returned home with a hard-earned point despite taking the lead when Adam Styles netted after a pass from Lance Smith.
Deddington were always a threat after the break but it needed a defensive slip to let them in. Evesham piled on the pressure in the final stages on an afternoon when a draw was a fair result.
Peopleton U-15 2, Ferndale Yth 1
AN OUTSTANDING individual display from Mark Bellamy led to the injury-hit hosts to victory.
Ferndale arrived a unbeaten league leaders but they couldn't cope with Bellamy's midfield thrusts although it remained goalless at the break.
However, two goals inside the opening ten minutes from Nick Andrews and an own goal after the restart left Peopleton in control although a Ferndale reply led to some frantic defending late on.
Dunnington Rgrs 0, Pershore Tn 7
LUKE Jones bagged a hat-trick as Town completed an easy victory.
Pershore led 2-0 at half-time thanks to Jones and a third soon settled the match.
Player of the match Michael Ruff and Josh Smith were also on target, while goalkeeper Matthew Wheatley dealt capably with the few chances that came the home side's way.
Evesham Colts U-14 1, Malvern Tn Wdrs 2
THE defending champions claimed the spoils after an evenly contested affair.
The opening half was goalless but Malvern soon found the net after the break only for Colts to hit back instantly when Daryl Beattie netted.
Evesham then pushed forward for the winner but were caught on the break and a loose ball fell kindly for a Town forward who scored the winner.
Westbury Boys 2, Drakes Broughton Rgs U-13 5
RANGERS lost a two-goal lead in then opening half but hit back to record a comfortable win.
John Bother scored four times and Sam Hicks once as the visitors put together some excellent passing moves that saw them lead 4-2 at half-time.
A fifth soon after the restart secured victory in what was a fine team effort.
Burlish 3, Norton Rgrs U-15 1
THERE were chances at both ends in an action-packed first half that ended goalless and saw Norton keeper Alex Gretton retire with a twisted knee.
The Mercian League newcomers didn't take long to take advantage as a searing shot from distance found the roof of the net soon after the restart.
Two more goals left Norton with a huge task and their sole consolation came from Dale Attwood who scored with a last minute free-kick.
Scott Williams was the visiting side's player of the match.
Malvern Utd 1, Peopleton U-14 2
UNITED took the lead with a lovely long-range effort and, despite constant pressure, Peopleton couldn't produce an equaliser.
However, a tactical substitution, saw Alex Spencer introduced and he immediately found the net.
The visitors were then indebted to goalkeeper Jo Gittins for a string of fine stops before Luke Frankum's 25-yard curler secured a hard-fought three points.
Bredon Colts 5, Littleton Jnrs 6
ALEXANDER Drew started the scoring for Littleton when he struck a free kick into the top corner.
A shot from Wesley Burden a few minutes later made it 2-0 but Bredon kept the pressure on and replied with a goal from Jack Sly followed by a volley from Liam Robinson.
Burden then snatched his second and, within minutes, completed his hat-trick.
Just before half-time, Tobias Warfield grabbed a goal for Bredon to make it 4-3 and the match was all-square when Aaron Williams netted.
Drew's successful spot-kick regained Littleton the lead only for Jack Gibbs to level again before Nathan Brain snatched the latest of winners.
Evesham Utd Robins U-11 0, Hadley Rgrs 2
ROBINS slipped to their second home defeat of the season against a strong Rangers side who enjoyed most of the early possession and forced several corners.
United defended resolutely and bounced back to subject their opponents to a similar period of pressure.
Rhys Eddy failed to convert a Jamie Wallace cross by the narrowest of margins and a goalmouth melee saw the ball pass harmlessly past a post.
Robins failed to clear the ball early in the second half and fell behind when a cross was converted from close-range.
Evesham were then unlucky to go two down when a clearance struck the back of a Rangers player and the ball fell kindly for a teammate to make no mistake from the edge of the box.
Robins then threw men forward leaving, player of the match Lee Thomas to defend on his own. But, despite the pressure, Robins were unable to break through and were indebted to goalkeeper Andrew Taylor for some fine late saves.
Evesham Utd U-13 3,Bromyard Tn 3
BROMYARD went into an early 2-0 lead in the atrocious conditions before top scorer Jamie Kerr reduced the deficit with a fine finish.
After the break Bromyard added a third but Ben Bearcroft threw Evesham a lifeline with a spectacular left-foot volley from distance to make it 3-2.
Kerr then completed the Evesham comeback with a second goal in a match in which both sides had the chances to claim victory.
Evesham Utd U-8 2, Badsey Rgrs 4
DANIEL Lamb scored from a free-kick to put Evesham in front but Sean Cooke scored just before the break to make matters all-square.
Badsey then went in front with three quick goals through Cooke, David Stanley and Andrew Tolkien before Ben Scarrott's hard work was rewarded with a goal following a great pass from Ashley Prosser.
It was left to goalkeeper George Dudley to prevent Rangers adding to their lead while Rhys Giles, Jamie Harrison and Joshua Higham all performed well in defence.
