BRIDGNORTH 3 WORCESTER NORTON 3
WORCESTER were looking for all three points to consolidate their good start in the DTZ Midlands Division One.
They went a goal down after defensive errors allowed Bridgnorth to score from close range.
Worcester replied late in the half when Dave Steer pounced on a rebounded shot and scored.
The second half went much the same as the first with Worcester still not having any real structure to their play. This showed as they went down once again, but fought back and South African international Marvin Bam equalised for the visitors again.
More misery was to follow with Bridgnorth again taking the lead from a poorly defended passage of play.
Worcester upped the tempo and were awarded a penalty flick for a blatant stick tackle inside the home teams circle. It was not to be Davids afternoon though as his flick was saved by the keeper. With only seconds left Wocester attac-ked again and when a free hit was taken quickly by Chris Adams and he found Jon Sprague in space to score.
Worcester play at home against Hampton in Arden on Saturday, 1.30pm push back at Nunnery Wood.
