At the October meeting, arrangements for today's group meeting at Hartlebury village hall were discussed.
Olive Broadfield reported on a gardening talk by Paul Cook, at Abberley village hall, on the subject of Winter Flowering Baskets and Pots.
Members made a flower arrangement for St Cecilia's harvest festival.
The guest speaker was Jo-Ann Gloger, from Forge Mill Needle Museum, Redditch, who illustrated her talk with slides.
The mill was built in the early 19th century and is the only one in the world still standing. In Victorian times 90 per cent of the world's needles came from Redditch, and firms in the area also made fishing hooks.
When extractor fans were introduced, the men went on strike, as wages were reduced.
Pat Mullard won the competition for a pin picture.
The annual meeting will be held at St Cecilia's hall on Tuesday, November 12 at 7.30pm. There will be a trading table. New members are welcome.
