LITTLETON Supermarine, who failed to win a single match in Division Two of the Evesham and District Assoc-iation last season, have started the new term with two victories and are the only side with a 100 per cent record.
They beat newly promoted Wyre Coils 8-2 and followed up with a 6-4 win over Wyre Barbedwyre.
Rob Sexton beat Ray Griffiths 10-12, 11-8, 11-6, 11-9 in the win over Coils but new signing Ken Sefton and captain Terry Lown were the stars against Barbedwyre.
Sefton won his three singles while Lown was in scintillating form particularly against Mike Moore who he beat 11-9, 11-8, 7-11, 11-7.
Bengeworth Sapphires beat Littleton Loopers 7-3 with maximum from Paul Gearey and Bill Roberts but were then held to a 5-5 draw against clubmates 49ers.
Wheelchair player Colin Green was unbeaten for the Sapphires, while the 49ers best win came from Anny Roper 11-8, 8-11, 11-5, 8-11, 13-11 over Roberts.
Bengeworth Green remain unbeaten following a 7-3 win over Wyre Netting with Dan Wood unbeaten on the night and then drew 5-5 on their visit to Littleton Loopers for who Andrew Taylor won his three singles.
New side Littleton Borg are finding life difficult following two heavy defeats. They went down 10-0 at home to Wyre Barbedwyre and 8-2 at Wyre Netting.
Stephen Bennett and Rob Sinderberry both beat Wendy Moulton but all three Borgs were beaten by Wendy's dad, Eric Salter the 1975 men's singles champion who has returned to the game this season after a long absence.
Dave Simkins won his three singles on his debut for Bengeworth Lions but couldn't prevent his side going down 6-4 to clubmates 49ers.
