Older workers and women are more unhappy in their jobs, especially because of Britain's long-hours culture, new research showed today.
Employees aged between 50 and 60 are not even better placed in terms of their pensions compared with younger staff, according to the study.
There has been a significant increase in the number of women dissatisfied with their work over the past few years, the Economic and Social Research Council report said.
