Tonight (Friday) at 7.30pm in the Parish Hall, is the award-winning play (not film, as mentioned last week), Infinite Number of Monkeys do Gravity. The script links apples, alchemy and arson to Isaac Newton and tells how the Great Fire of London truly began dot.com frenzy. One critic described it as an energetic show combining the historical wit of Blackadder, with the quick fire format of The Fast Show. The play comes to Bosbury as part of its nationwide tour, once more we are very fortunate to have such quality entertainment in the Parish Hall. Tickets from (01531) 640415.

Next month the Bosbury Players look forward to your usual support for their production of Arnold Ridley's The Ghost Train. A huge success when first produced, it was filmed three times, the first being a silent version from 1927. The play was first presented at the St Martin's Theatre, London on November 23, 1925. The Bosbury Players production will be on Friday, November 29 and Saturday, November 30.

At Holy Trinity Bosbury on Sunday, October 27, at 6.30pm Evensong. The annual All Soul's Service takes place at Holy Trinity Bosbury on November 3 at 3.30pm. In this service candles are lit in memory of family or friends who have died. The next of kin of those who have died this year will receive an invitation to the service, but if you would like a particular name mentioned at the service please contact Rev Sue Strutt on (01531) 670985. All are most welcome at this service. The regular 11am service will also take place on November 3.

There will be an ideal opportunity to meet friends old and new at the Pudding Evening on Saturday, November 16. Contributors are already planning puddings to delight you all, with some regular favourites on the menu. This year we have the added attraction of The Quartet from the Bishop of Hereford's Bluecoat School to entertain us during the evening. Entrance £6, family £15, U12s free.
