Malvern Hills Homeless Young Adults Trust will be hosting its tenth annual sleep-out in Malvern Priory churchyard on Friday, December 6.
Young representatives from local firms and churches are being asked to take part and raise sponsorship from their colleagues and congregations.
The trust's new chairman, Canon Bill Richards, said: "People bring their sleeping bags, cardboard boxes, ground sheets, warm clothing, hot water bottles etc and then disperse around the churchyard.
"Some sleep up at the top end near where there used to be a chimney - the warming outlet of the Priory's boiler - others sleep at theatre end of the churchyard, on a bit of grass.
"I've done it myself on the coldest night of 1991. It helped give me some insight into what it's like to be homeless."
Hot soup will be provided, the toilets in the Lyttelton Rooms will be open and St John Ambulance staff will be on hand.
Anyone who would like to take part in the sleep-out is asked to contact either Bill Richards on 01684 569658 or Ann Oldfield on 01684 564500.
Donations by cheque should be made payable to MHHYAT, at 32 Pump Street, Malvern WR14 4LU.
