A MEETING will take place within the next two weeks to hammer out an agreement over new barriers at the entrance to the Roman Way's retail park.
Worcestershire county councillor Tom Wells will get together with Mark Grant, who represents site owners Insignia Richard Ellis, police and district council officers.
It is hoped the barriers will prevent 'boy racers' from driving around the Malvern Link retail park late at night, disturbing nearby residents.
Coun Wells said he aimed to establish a timescale for implementation of the barriers, so that the process would not be the victim of a drawn out planning application.
He said: "I'm left him in no doubt as to strength of local feeling on this and we need to resolve planning issues."
