ADIE Smith and Scott Stamps are Kidderminster Harriers' main injury worries ahead of tomorrow's Nationwide League Division Three clash against Cambridge United at Aggborough (3pm).
Utility player Smith has a hams-tring problem while defender Stamps is battling to overcome back trouble.
Former Bromsgrove Rovers campaigner Smith picked up his injury in Harriers' 3-1 LDV Vans Trophy first round victory at Dagenham & Redbridge on Tuesday night.
Stamps went on to the casualty list following a back injury sustained during the first half of Saturday's exciting 3-2 league win over Shrewsbury Town at Gay Meadow.
Both players will have fitness checks before Aggborough manager Ian Britton finalises his line-up.
Giant central defender Abdou Sall continues to be dogged by a mystery ankle injury which has sidelined him since he played in Harriers' 4-3 home win over Exeter City in August.
Long-term casualty Mark Blake is now stepping up his bid for fitness following surgery on a damaged Achilles tendon.
Harriers go into tomorrow's match hoping to bounce back from the disappointing display they produced in their last home game when they lost 2-0 to Macclesfield Town.
Cambridge, however, will provide tricky opposition as they are the Third Division's leading scorers with 27 goals in 14 matches and are unbeaten in their last five league outings.
Britton said: "Cambridge are just below us and can score goals. We don't concede many so it should make for an interesting game. But it's an important match no matter who we are playing because we are at home and we need to make up for Macclesfield.
"The lads have responded well after that game and gone about their job in the right way. They have got their just rewards. We have played well at times at home but we have not taken our chances."
Cambridge will be making their first visit to Aggborough having suffered relegation from the Second Division last season when they also reached the final of the LDV Vans Trophy.
They were expected to be strong challengers for the Third Division title this term, but despite their impressive goals tally are two slots below seventh-placed Harriers.
FORMCAST: A 2-2 draw is the likely outcome.
