PAT Chitty welcomed the members to the well attended AGM. Peggy Mytton is to be the new president and grateful thanks were given to Pat for her three very good years with particular mention of the Millennium Wall Hanging which she had instituted. A lovely planted terracotta pot was presented to Pat by way of members thanks. The draw for the Denman Bursary was made and Anne Holloway and Jenny Dainty were the lucky winners. Jane Powell was the overall winner of the monthly competitions and Barbara Forrester the monthly raffle. It was agreed that we join the Supporter's Club again. Names were taken for the group quiz and volunteers agreed to arrange the flowers in WI House in early April.

The next meeting is next Monday.
