REDDITCH United manager Rod Brown's chase for Kim Casey looked set to be concluded before tomorrow's trip to Bedworth.
Brown has been tracking the former Kidderminster Harriers legend for some time as part of his overhaul at the club.
The manager wants to bring in the Moor Green forward as coach, with the former Harriers forward boasting a UEFA B badge.
Brown initially expected Casey to stay with the Moors until the end of the season before joining Redditch in the close season but has this week intensified his hunt after Casey intimated he could move before the end of the season.
And the manager was hoping to complete the deal in time for him to join training next week.
