REDDITCH chairman Neil Pagett has given manager Rod Brown a vote of confidence in the wake of Saturday's heavy defeat to Shepshed.
"Rod's only task this season is to keep us up and there's no reason to believe that won't happen," he said.
"His plans for next season are very encouraging and I think we'll see a completely different ball game in his first full season."
Brown will sign Stourport forward Matty Southwick on Thursday and is set for talks with Solihull's Peter Sutton.
