REDS boss Nicky Cross says his fit-again squad are getting stronger ahead of Saturday's FA Cup mission to Dr Martens Western rivals Gresley.
United entertained neighbours Stourport last night on the back of two successive wins, the latest a 2-0 triumph at Atherstone to shatter the hosts' unbeaten home record.
Former Evesham defender Paul West made his Reds debut at the weekend and won praise from his new manager, a former teammate at Port Vale.
First choice defenders Tommy Byrne (heel) and Nigel Niblett (calf) planned to resume training this week and could both be available for Saturday's FA Cup trip (ko 3pm).
Full back Nigel Brown will be available at the weekend.
Forward Joey Dowling was doubtful through work commitments but should be available at Gresley and with wide man Scott Colcombe back after an injection, defender Mark Creighton (hamstring) could be the only absentee on Saturday as the Reds chase £7,500 prize money and a home draw against Conference giants Kettering in the next round.
