REDDITCH chairman Rod Laight says any United player sent off more than twice this season will be on their way out of the Valley.
The Reds chief is taking a hardline approach with a suspended £5,000 fine for discipline hanging over the club.
An FA committee imposed the punishment after United's appaling disciplinary record over the past two seasons.
"The FA keeps records of the average number of bookings and dismissals per match and with the non-league average just over four, we had 7.9 for the last two years," said Laight.
"The committee were happy with Nicky Cross' proposed code of conduct and when asked why our record was so bad for the last two years I said we had the wrong manager and the wrong players."
Laight was referring to Rob Smith's two year stint at the club and said: "Any player sent off more than twice will be asked to leave the club unless the manager can persuade the board there are extenuating circumstances."
