REDDITCH United and neighbours Stourport Swifts are set to go to a tribunal to thrash out a fee for winger Alex Cowley.
Reds boss Rod Brown is an admirer of the former West Brom youngster and was the man who put him on a contract at Walshes Meadow.
But United have reportedly had three bids rejected for the young talent and Swifts manager Tim Langford has described a reported £200 offer as 'derisory.'
Because he is under 24, Cowley is not eligible for a Bosman free transfer even though he is out of contract and his value will be determined by the FA.
The 21 year old is set to link up with his former boss for pre-season preparations but Langford has refused him permission to take part in United's warm up games.
