RESIDENTS in the Bromsgrove Council district are being asked to help Environmental Health chiefs with a hard-hitting action plan to clamp down on fly-tippers.
Law-abiding citizens, who end up having to foot the bill, are being urged to blow the whistle on people they see illegally dumping rubbish and are promised a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of offenders.
