ONE lucky family will be having an extremely cheerful Christmas this year - thanks to the Evening News.
Chris and Stephanie Price and their son Daniel won the top prize in our Birthday Bonanza competition.
The family, of Saltwood Avenue, Warndon Villages, have had Christmas paid for completely, saving them £3,000.
Shops from all over Worcester donated gifts to be used in the competition, including toys, trees and turkeys. The Prices went on their free shopping spree in the city on Sunday.
Readers had to collect 12 tokens from the paper over two weeks before sending their entry in.
Promotions assistant Sharon Sawyer said more than 1,300 people entered the competition.
"Chris and Stephanie were over the moon about it," she said.
