MALVERN residents will have a choice of three waste sites when the Newland depot closes for five weeks on January 12 for a major refurbishment.
During this period the site at Hanley Road, Upton, will be open longer hours (8am to 6pm, seven days a week).
Waste can also be disposed of at Hallow Road, Worcester (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, Saturday 8am-12.30pm), and Little Marcle Road, Ledbury (Wednesday and Saturday 8am-6pm, Sunday 9.30am-1pm).
There will also be a free bulky waste collection, details of which can be obtained on 01684 862470.
Parish skips will be available at various locations and dates, which will be advertised on parish notice boards and at www.malvernhills.gov.uk.
