IT'S pantomime season again and this year is no exception at the Birmingham Hippodrome with the star-studded cast of Aladdin.

Running until February 9, Aladdin, not suitable for children under three-years-old, is one of the most colourful and entertaining of all pantomimes with lavish sets, beautiful costumes, stunning special effects and a show stopping flying carpet.

The cast includes the hilarious Bobby Davro as Wishee Washee, the gorgeous Melinda Messenger as the Princess and Coronation Street star Amanda Barrie as the Genie.

Making audiences hiss and boo will be John Challis (Boycie from Only Fools and Horses) as the evil Abanazar and Hippodrome regular Don Maclean will be donning his many fabulous frocks again as Widow Twanky.
