HOUSE prices in the Bromsgrove area are the fourth most expensive in the West Midlands, according to a new report.
An assessment of the state of play in the Worcestershire economy, published this week, also shows that the county has more people taking up manufacturing jobs, which is against the national trend.
Learning and skills are also better, with strong GCSE results above the national average.
The Interim Economic Assessment 2002-2003 report is produced by the county council in partnership with the Learning and Skills Council and the Chamber of Commerce in Worcestershire and Herefordshire.
It analyses economic trends and issues to help people in the county with decision making.
