WORCESTER'S top rugby players got the chance to try out the beer when they officially opened a city pub.
New Zealander Greg Hudson and David Officer pulled the first pint during the ceremony at The Blackpole Inn in Blackpole Road.
A major refurbishment costing £400,000 by Pathfinder Pubs has now been completed and the opening of the pub has created 27 new full and part-time jobs.
"We recruited a great team and we're all excited about the new look. We're now ready to give a warm welcome to our customers," said manager Ian Evans.
