HARRIERS talented U-18s will not be giving their Midland Floodlit Youth League title up without a fight if Wednesday night was anything to go by.
They thrashed Atherstone United 5-2 at Aggborough despite having a host of new faces in the team.
Harriers started strongly and Nick Heath's dangerous corner forced a headed own goal from visiting defender Anthony Griffiths.
Further goals from Heath, Terry Carpenter and another mistake by an Atherstone defender, this time Paul Gamble, put Harriers 4-0 ahead at half-time.
Atherstone pulled two goals back in the second period but Harriers added a fifth through substitute Carl Dudley.
