SWIMMING: A host of Wyre Forest Swimming Club members took part in the Stafford Apex Long Distance open at Wolverhampton.
Aimee Cook continued her fine season with a gold in the 10/11 years 800m freestyle and silver in the 400m individual medley.
She was also fourth in the 200m freestyle.
Her sister Jodie was eighth in the 12/13 years 400m individual medley though she also competed in various other events.
Melissa Wildgust added a seventh place finish in the 10/11 years 200m butterfly.
Chris Wildgust, Ross Morton and Paul Ingenthron all swam in the 12/13 year age group.
