PAM Spring, the co-owner of Springs Coaches, sadly locked up for the last time this week.
Members of the family-owned Vale firm decided to wind up the company after the M25 crash in November, which claimed the lives of six people.
Ms Spring, whose brother Graham and co-driver Chris Sloane were killed in the accident, said: "It's very sad. We lost two top drivers and two more were retiring anyway, so it was impossible to carry on."
She said all nine drivers had found other employment, and that she had re-arranged private holidays booked for next year with other firms. In the New Year the process of selling off the vehicles and the site at Hinton-on-the Green will commence. The inquests into the deaths of the two drivers and four passengers is due to take place as soon as possible.
