FOUR goals in seven extra-time minutes put Barnt Green Spartak into the Midland Combination Challenge Vase semi-final with a 5-1 home defeat of Halfords.
In a game that included one red card and six yellow, Halfords took an early deserved lead which they held until Recky Carter equalised from the penalty spot on 65 minutes.
Halfords were reduced to ten men when Carter was elbowed in the face and the offending Halfords player sent off.
But the game was still level going into the second period of extra time - that was until a sudden goal rush.
Simon Campbell rocketed Spartak 2-1 up and Akbar made it 3-1 60 seconds later.
Mark Christie got the fourth from the penalty spot and made it five six minutes from time to send Spartak through to the last four.
