FIVE Droitwich Spa boxers put on an entertaining display at Droitwich Amateur Boxing Club's tournament.
The bout of the night at the Stoke Prior Sports and Country Club, Stoke Works, on Wednesday, December 18, was the light middleweight clash between Matt Greening and Glen Harris (Ironworks). After four hard rounds, shared two apiece, Harris received the nod. It was tough on 20-year-old Greening as he has beaten Harris in the past.
Adam Powell, aged 23, secured a unanimous decision against Lye's Mike Beasley. Marc Bonehill, aged 15, swapped punches with Seamus King (Ironworks) and he also secured a unanimous decision.
Andy Ogden, aged 15, also enjoyed a good win, proving too strong for Andrew Lanaghan (Triumph, Coventry) and winning comfortably on points.
Thirteen-year-old Sean Donnelly lost a close decision to Walsall Wood's Dave Healy.
