PERHAPS the long running saga of the Wyre Piddle by-pass is burning itself out by the many letters that have appeared for and against closure of the existing road through Wyre Piddle.
However, Mr Robinson appears to have lost the plot with his extraordinary continuing lexicon of wisdom in the recent 'letters'. His dismissal of any views at variance to his own has become riveting stuff.
With the parish council of Fladbury now feeling the lash, it is perhaps significant that I have not heard any squeaks from Fladbury over traffic travelling through their village from Lower Moor or Wyre Piddle to access the south side of Evesham. Is there a difference I have missed?
D J SMITH, Bridge Street, Lower Moor.
