WE see Lottery money and EU funding being given to innumerable esoteric organisations, multi-million pound proposals for new council buildings, charity stores all over Malvern raising funds for global causes. Yet we do not have the money to help the disabled within our own community or have a new local hospital. Whatever happened to charity begins at home?
