BROMSGROVE Rovers embark on the second half of the season with a clean bill of health for the visit of Sutton Coldfield Town tomorrow (3pm).

Defender Parfait Medou-Otye is included in the squad for the Victoria Ground club though Stewart Brighton (hamstring) is still out.

Joint manager Gary Hackett has identified the usual suspects as rivals to their Dr Martens Western Division challenge but has not ruled out a late surprise runner from the chasing pack.

"We are in pole position with 60 points to play for but our aim is to take each game as it comes and keep banging on the points on -- that is all we can do," said Hackett.

"I think Merthyr, Sutton, Mangotsfield and Weston are the closest contenders and will be a threat but there is always the possibility that someone can come out of the blue.

"It could be Redditch or Evesham and at this stage anybody within 15 points of the leaders."

Rovers' New Year's Day match at Redditch United fell foul of the weather so Hackett's team are raring to go against Sutton.

"We had a good run over Christmas with three wins and it would have been great to carry it through on New Year's Day but the pitch was not playable," he said.

"Weston are a pretty strong side and have had a good season, won a lot of games and will be a tough nut to crack."
