SLIDE guitar maestro Rick Payne will be kicking off the new year for the Nightjar Folk Club, at Hereford's Courtyard Theatre, at 8pm on Friday, January 10.
The popular blues and ragtime guitarists has often been compared to Ry Cooder at his early best with his presentations of blues classics as well as original compositions.
