CONGRATULATIONS to Mr N Taylor for his splendid letter (You Say, Friday, December 20).
More than century ago, the British Prime Minister Disraeli stated the revealing truth when he wrote: "The world is governed by very different personages from what is imagined by those not behind the political scene.
"Governments do not govern, they merely control the machinery of government, being themselves controlled by the hidden hand."
The hidden hand is International Money Power, operated by unelected faceless bankers who use such political puppets as Blair and Bush to act as a smokescreen for them and then have the audacity to call our political system democratic.
