THE housing firm responsible for a new development in Bromsgrove has appointed a new sales manager for the site.
Francesca Avery has started working for Bovis Homes at The Oakalls near the town centre.
The firm hopes that her experience in the house building industry will help to continue the high sales the development has enjoyed since it opened.
Mrs Avery, who has spent the last 15 months selling apartments in Birmingham city centre, said her main reason for joining Bovis Homes was the outstanding design of the properties.
Flexible
"When I first visited the Bromsgrove site I was struck by how flexible the living accommodation was in the homes, in particular the larger three-storey properties," she said.
The Oakalls offers a wide selection of homes ranging from stylish three-storey town houses up to the five-bedroom, three-storey properties.
