A tracking device led police to a Subaru Impreza stolen from Newland, near Malvern, just 30 minutes earlier.
The car was stopped on the A451, in Stourport, and three male occupants were arrested on suspicion of theft.
The Subaru was reported missing by a resident of Worcester Road, Newland, at 3.30am on Monday (January 6).
The keys to the car were stolen from a house, along with other undisclosed items of property.
Det Insp Kevin Purcell said: "The arrest of the men in Stourport in a car stolen from Malvern was as a result of the rapid deployment of officers who were already on duty in the Malvern, Hallow and Stourport areas."
The men appeared in Worcester Magistrates' Court on Tuesday (January 7), charged with burglary and aggravated taking without the owner's consent.
They were remanded in custody and were due to appear in court again today (Friday).
