STOURPORT Swifts' squad is down to the bare bones for their trip to Dr Martens Western Division high-flyers Merthyr Tydfil tomorrow (3pm).
Kerry Giddings (holiday), Jon Shirley (knee), John Cotterill (groin) and Peter Sutton, who has suspected appendicitis, are missing as they try to reverse a 3-2 defeat at Walshes Meadow.
New signing Robbie Taylor is unlikely to feature but Andy Wright and Anthony Fletcher are likely to start with manager Dave Titterton on the bench.
Merthyr's win at Swifts came in the middle of a six-game losing streak and the defeat was compounded when Titterton and Leon Blake were sent off, allowing the Martyrs to come back from two down.
"We had it sewn up but what with the referee sending me and Leon Blake off the whole game changed," said Titterton. "They are a good team but they are not unbeatable - far from it."
Swifts moved out of the bottom three with victory against Racing Club Warwick and Titterton is eyeing a mid-table place.
"At one stage we were adrift at the bottom but we've come a long way and two more wins will put us back in the pack," he said.
Michael Moore scored both goals to end a frustrating period on the sidelines.
"He's still only 60 per cent fit and in that respect needs to improve but he's got a knack for scoring goals," said Titterton.
Redditch United entertain bottom club Swindon Supermarine (3pm).
