MORE than a hundred of the county's cutest children have already been nominated by their proud parents for this year's Evening News Baby of the Year competition.
Mums and dads have been flocking to Woolworths, in the High Street, to have pictures taken of their new additions in the hope of winning the coveted title.
Photos are being taken between 10am and 5pm every day this week.
To enter, parents must remember to bring along one of the entry tokens being published in the Evening News.
Three pictures will be taken free of charge and every baby photo will feature in a fantastic supplement, available in the Worcester Evening News, in the first week of April.
The shots will be coded, giving readers the opportunity to vote for their favourite three babies, in the three different categories. These are from birth to nine months, 10 to 18 months, and toddlers between 19 and 36 months.
The winner will receive a 20in by 16in framed colour portrait worth £250, an engraved silver salver and £150 cash, while the two other finalists will receive a 15in by 12in portrait worth £150, plus £75 cash.
In addition, runners-up will receive a 10in by 8in framed colour portrait worth £75. There will be a winner and two runners-up for each category.
