A SUPERB individual goal from Gemma Darbyshire helped Droitwich Spa Ladies Hockey Club Second XI defeat Bromsgrove Seconds 2-0.
Droitwich, who have now won three games in a row, opened the scoring with an unstoppable push from Jackie Woodward, her second goal in two weeks.
Spa's defence was solid and resolute to deny Bromsgrove any clear shots on goal before new team member Darbyshire put them further ahead with her solo effort.
Amy Corbett's hard work earned her player of the match.
