SUMMER holidays may be a long way off but Stratford Council is encouraging anyone organising children's play activities in Studley and Alcester to start planning now.
To help, the council has issued an information pack including details on funding, disability awareness, equipment loan services and child protection issues for leaders and organisers.
Organisers are also reminded background checks on anyone working with children can take time.
