Worcester reached the final of the RFUW U16 Cup with a 70-5 victory over Camberley in the semi-final at Lichfield.
Worcester led 29-5 at half-time despite a lack of patience in their game.
In the second half, after a few words from coaches Kevin Morgan and Keith Morris, they started to play with their normal fluency.
Sarah Guest (2), Ruth Clewer (2), Helen Clewer (2), Roz Crowley (2), Katie Crowley, Katie Singleton, debutant Ruth Wilkinson and captain Jackie Home scored tries, Jessica Morgan adding five conversions.
They will play Widnes in the final on April 27.
Worcester Ladies first team beat Henley 22-0 in the RFUW Premiership but the second team lost 48-17 at Swindon Supermarine in Midlands Division One.
The seconds next play Whitchurch at Sixways on March 16.
