I AM deeply concerned that the human suffering caused by a war against Iraq will be horrific.

There are enormous risks to Iraqi civilians' food supply, clean water and safe sanitation, as well as the danger of thousands of civilian casualties.

No one has shown an imminent threat to outweigh these risks. Nor has the case for war been even flimsier. I have signed Oxfam's petition calling on Tony Blair not to start this war.

Please urge your readers to do the same and let's stand up for our rights and the rights of Mankind. For far too long, the British people have been fooled by our leaders and puppet governments.
