AT the latest meeting of Cleobury Mortimer Bridge Club a Mitchell movement was played over five tables with the following results.
North/south in first place were Steve Clifton and Nigel Wilkins with 67 per cent, very closely followed by Joy and Gerald Link with 66 per cent.
In east/west position, David Brown and Terry Lucey were well in front achieving 64 per cent, some 13 per cent in front of their nearest rivals, Barbara and John Northfield with 51 per cent.
The previous week saw many players on holiday so a Howell movement was played with Ruth and Bill Copp taking top position with 57 per cent, followed by David and Terry and Barbara and Derek Hunt in second place with 53 per cent.
