RAPE charges have been dropped against a 29-year-old Kidderminster man after he admitted having unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl aged under 16.
The prosecution also offered no evidence against roofer Robin Beard after he pleaded not guilty to a charge of intimidating a witness.
Beard, of Godson Place, Foley Park, will be sentenced at Worcester Crown Court after admitting a further charge of threatening behaviour.
Judge John Cavell granted bail for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
