HORSE RACING: The Harkaway Club point-to-point has a massive 257 entries for its nine-race card which starts at noon on Saturday at the popular Chaddesley Corbett course.
There will be quality as well as quantity on show, especially in the Men's Open.
Coble Lane represents Penny Grainger's local yard at Kidderminster, while the useful hunter chase winner Wise Prince could come down from Sheila Crow's Shropshire yard.
Others to note among the 39 entries include Aswell Boy, Cascum Lad, Galway and The Writer.
However, the finish is likely to be fought out between Fontaine Again, Well Ted and Glacial Trial.
There are 35 entered in the ladies' event with Jane Williams and her mother Diana possibly holding the key in this race.
The Enville yard has enjoyed a great start to the season with Hoodwinker and Supreme Citizen, and the stable selection must go close in this contest. Both maiden races will be split.
