IN childhood, over 50 years ago, one waited expectantly for the weekly adventures of the citizens of Toy Town on Children's Hour.
Now one waits anxiously with increasing anger and frustration, for weekly reports on the antics of the Health Concern administration overseeing Wyre Forest District Council.
Requests for increased expenses, £150,000 set aside for early retirements and redundancies of staff, extravagant expenditure on spurious referenda, topped up with extortionate demands in Council Tax - come back Larry the Lamb and Mr Grouser, all is forgiven.
