I READ the article regarding the Merry Hill shopping centre with interest.(Shuttle/Times and News, February 20)
As someone who prefers to shop there, I think it is very unfortunate that parking charges are to be imposed.
Merry Hill provides a wide range of reasonably sized quality shops and restaurants in a clean, compact, weatherproof and pleasant environment with ample parking facilities.
All these factors help to make the chore of shopping a fairly comfortable and pleasant experience. Until Kidderminster can provide something similar, people will shop elsewhere.
