THE final Winter Cricket Evening organised by the Worcestershire Soc-iety takes place next Tuesday when the speaker will be Steve Rhodes, Worcester-shire's former Eng-land wicket keeper.
In a career for the county covering 18 seasons to date, Rhodes has given exemplary service both on and off the field.
He is the leading wicket taker in one-day league cricket and second only to Jack Russell of current keepers for First Class dismissals.
The event starts at 7.30pm in the Cric-ket Suite at New Road. Admission is free to members and £2.50 to others.
