RED Piranha Racing and Dave Parry Motorcycles of Cheltenham will be joining forces to contest this year's British Supersport Championship as an official Yamaha UK outfit.
"We have a number of exciting joint marketing initiatives planned this season. Dave Parry's has a strong customer base and we are looking to build on this through ride-outs, track-days and promotions," commented Red Piranha Racing's commercial manager Stuart Williams.
"The partnership between makes an awful lot of sense. It gives us an opportunity to get closer to our customers and have some fun along the way.
We are planning ride-outs from our showroom in Cheltenham to several British Superbike Championship rounds and we will be getting involved in the teams track-days at Mallory Park." commented Rob Ferris.
The first event planned will be an open day at the Cheltenham company on Saturday, April 26. Red Piranha Racing will be setting up its transporter with pit display, bikes and equipment outside the dealership.
Team rider Simon Andrews, who lives in Wickhamford, will be on hand to sign autographs.
