FEARS are growing for the safety of a tattooed man last seen near Diglis weir on the River Severn in Worcester.
Kevin Stevens, from Callow End, was spotted there during the evening of Tuesday, February 25.
The 39-year-old, originally from South Wales, has a Welsh accent and is described as white, of slim build and 5ft 6ins tall.
He has short receding black hair, which is greying and he usually wears glasses and has tatooes on both forearms.
He was wearing a black jacket, dark blue jeans, a white England T-shirt and cream Reebok trainers.
